I need your advice,

I am done with step one and two and I am planning to apply for next match isA, but I have a baby and I can’t leave it in a day care center , what things I can do from home remotely in this period to strengthen my CV and avoid discontinuity ?

Remotely from home?

You can’t do much unfortunately unless you want to do research with a pathologist at a nearby university but I doubt it’ll help you all that much. It might get you a letter of recommendation though. I would aim for a big name where you can get to know him or her and get a letter from a big name pathologist.

Maybe try to do a case report with a pathologist where you actually learn something path related (that will actually help you in your career) versus some dumb basic science project. Get some publications. Are you still in med school?

Maybe others can give better advice.
