Need advice regarding Ece GPA?

Hey,
I am a dental graduate from pakistan and recently done with my intern year.
Ive sent my documents for evaluation to ece and they are taking their time with it.
what should i accept from my evaluation since ive failed in one subject and had to re appear in it later?
Should i be worried about this?

For a failed subject you will get a 0, your GPA will be negatively impacted
