Hello everybody,

I am new to sdn and please forgive me if I posted this thread in the wrong category but I am looking some advice in selecting the courses I am going to take on fall and spring.

I am a Math major but I will like to have a minor in biology so I need to take some bio classes that scares me because I am not good memorizing loads of information.

So to make this simplier this is what I have in mind to take on Fall:

Microbiology
Biology
Statistics

or

Microbiology
Biology
Organic Chemistry I

In spring I am planning to take either:
Biology II
Anatomy I
PhysiologyI

OR

Biology II
Anatomy I
Organic Chemistry II

So the problem with me is that I am so sacared to make low grades in those classes that are important to med school. Likewise, I will like some input in how to succeed in those classes.

Thanks in advance and I will appreciate all your comments 🙂

Math majors, FTW!!

I'd go with the 2nd choices. You'll want to take organic before your MCAT. Physiology and Stats aren't as important for the test.

Unless you are going into your first year, then I'd just pick whichever you think you'd do best in. You'll end up taking them all at some point.
