I am an IMG, graduated about 4 months back. Plan on taking Step 2 first. What I wanted to know is that is the kaplan center prep worth the money?

Also what is the best study material? A friend told me all you need is Kaplan notes. Hoping to score in the high 80s low 90s.

Dont waste your time on the Kaplan Prep it is passive learning...get a hold of the kaplan books and study at home or at the library.
