Hey guys...okay maybe ive posted this question too many times on this forum, but im still hoping theres SOMEONE out there who can help me.
Im interested in working overseas...particularly Germany becuase i have family there, but im alittle unsure of what the requirements are (other than speaking GERMAN !!!) for example..if i need NDB I and II, if I need to retake these exams in german, how to get licensure in a different country...what advisory board oversees the process and who the heck i contact to even begin this process. I cant even find a decent text written for professional students that want to practice somewhere other than the US. Im so confused and more than that, alittle stressed becuase im already in my second year and dont know how to even begin :-( If there is anyone out there that can give me alittle advice on how i can get a headstart on this, please reply!!
Thanks alot. Oh, and i also wish all of us dental students best success in all our endeavors. I think this is a great online community and it makes me proud to know so many of us are out there going through the same thing and are toughing it out!!! GO FOR IT!!!!

Best wishes to everyone,
Love,
Margarita

Hi there. I am assuming that you know how to read and speak German fluently... here's a web site that I found (which is in German) about German dental society. Hope you can find further info from them!

Good luck

I sent you a private message regarding to becoming dentist in Europe, please don't say that no one ever helped you. Or no one will ever do.

what you are doing is quite special and you should understand that it is very natural that not many people replied to you-- it is not that they don't want to help you, it is because they don't have a single idea , just like you!!!

if you are really determined, you should check with German Universities, ministry of foreign affaires.. ( their websites for example ) German dental association, immigration to Germany sites (Though it may not concern you, immigration, but they are sources of this kind of info ) everything you can think of,
call and call and call, write tons of messages to ask about it, it is the only way to get to know the system and the process

good luck

the shortes way to get the right information is to go to the German Embassy..there is always an embassy in almos all the cournty over the world...

knock on the door of the Educational and cultural section and there is always an employer who love his country and will give you all the information that you know ....and who knows that employer may run an extra mile for you...

good luck 😛
