So I currently 4 hours from being a junior, my oGPA - 3.16 while my sGPA is a 3.12; i started school off poorly so since then I've had to bring my GPA up; its been for the most part an upward trend since my first year. I am currently working on getting shadowing hours and volunteer hours.I plan to have 100 of each before i apply this June.
I hope to have a GPA of around 3.4 before I apply. What more should i try to do to better my chances of getting in?
Also I have a meeting with an oral surgeon at one of the schools I'm applying too I want to take full advantage of this opportunity. Any suggestions on what I should do when I meet with him?
My top picks as of now are, UTHSCSA, Houston, and Baylor.
