Need an Advice

Hello all,
I had a fellowship interview last month and they not going to let me know until next week. This is my first choice and am very confident about it. I also had few residency interviewed as my back up plan. I am going to submit my rank today. What should I do if I get both ? If I withdraw now, what if I don't get the fellowship. Any advice ?

Where is your fellowship? I accepted one as well. Hopefully it is the same place.
