The next step in completing this application by June 1st.

I am not sure exactly how the experience descriptions should be written. Is resume style typically effective (with the exceptions to the "Most Meaningful")? For example, I worked in a Urology clinic as a medical assistant for a couple months this fall, and this is what I wrote.

• Dictated medical records, documented review of systems, completed history and physical forms, and prepared relevant prescriptions to support physicians in rural and urban clinical environments.
• Performed clinical procedures such as obtaining vitals, ultrasound of the bladder, inserting and removing Foley catheters, and administering intramuscular injections.
• Completed billing sheets for patient visits with relevant CPT and ICD codes.

Does this sound good? If not how can I make it better?

Thank you guys for your help!

Personally I would make it into a nice concise paragraph. You don't wanna make it look like you copied and pasted from your resume...

I agree with the above.

Although I do think bullet points is acceptable I personally used short paragraph descriptions to describe the activity. I make sure to be as concise and direct as possible.

As for your description it seems good to me. Good luck! Also there is a help thread for Work/Activities section of the AMCAS, if you have more questions try posting there. There are some really knowledgeable people lurking in that thread and helping everyone.
