Need contact info of dentists in the application?

Hi guys, in the shadowing experience section, do I need to provide contact information of dentists who I shadowed in the description? (I heard about this, but I'm not sure) Thank you 🙂
I know this's not the right forum to discuss about the application. Most of you here are applying, so I think everyone knows the application really well.

I did mine last year, but yes, I'm pretty sure I put all the contact info for the dentists I shadowed.

Are you supposed to include contact info for the dentists though? There's no spot on the whole app for contact info for any organization/activity/ shadowing etc, so I assumed you dont need to (unless this is different on secondaries?) Should I just put contact info for shadowing?
