Need Everyone's Help for My Final: The Impact of Applying Early

As the title states I have a final this week and have to write about the impact that applying early to medical school has. Can anyone provide me with sources/information about this? Statistics would be really beneficial, though probably very hard to find. Maybe also if there is some official statement put out by medical schools or such, even personal experience or word of mouth would be beneficial!

Go to a bookstore and pull every med school admissions guide they have. They should all make mention of the benefits of applying early. Some may even have references. Copy any relevant quotes and whatever info you need to cite the books.

You may also find admissions guides in your school library or career office.

Thanks parts unknown! Well it's for a health composition class where we choose our own topics and being that I've written about diseases and such all semester, I felt like this could be a nice break 😉. Hopefully it won't be too challenging.
