Hello guys,
I need some advice regarding PAT, I am using CDP and so far I've done 8 tests. However, my score stuck at 18, although I can say that now my timing is better, but I keep ending up with 18. I score almost 100% on keyhole, hole punch, about 80% in cube counting. For angles, sometimes I score high and sometimes low, however it is not my lowest section. But my biggest struggle is Top front end and pattern folding, especially pattern folding that have mixed colors on same size. I am freaking out cause my exam scheduled in January. 🙁
Please anyone has a trick or something to score better on the two sections??
Thanks and I appreciate all your help.

Go through the video explanations for the sections you struggle with. Let's say you reviewed practice test X today. Go over the 2 sections that were your weakest 4-5 days later to see if you learned anything. Look for why you got something wrong, the answer is just an answer and remember that "A" was the right answer to question 2 does not help you with anything

thank you for reply, I appreciate that. Btw your scores are awesome!!! I am shooting for 25 as well 🙂 I hope I can get to it

Shoot for a 30 😉, I wasn't shooting for a 25, but I was content with what I got and learned in the process.

I found Bootcamp to be the most useful for me. I had CDP before, but I think Bootcamp is more similar to the actual PAT, at least in my case. Also I liked the convenience of bootcamp being able to sign in on any computer instead of CDP being assigned to only a single computer. The PAT question generator in Bootcamp was also nice to do a few random problems here and there while studying too. Just my two cents, good luck studying!

Well, I don't think zoey has BC... While I agree drawing from PAT sources helped me, you gotta make the most outta the materials you got. Zoey, CrackDAT has the most similar exam graphics in my opinion. When I walked up to my computer I literally thought I was doing a full length CrackDAT test. As far as question content goes, sure some software may be more similar, some might not be, but I just wanted to make that clarification. It is very easy to get in the habit of thinking you are missing out on something or you need something else in your studies. It is up to you to make that decision in the end

Thank you all for the advice. I am about to finish CDP, but I'm thinking about reviewing again in CDP and other sections since my exam is on early January. I think if I get time, I will try bootcamp, however, right now, I am trying to make the best of the resources I have in hand like you mentioned discensdentibus!! 🙂
