Hello guys, I got accpeted @ UPenn,,but till now I couldnt get the loan for the pre enrollement prgoram,,and the due date is Feb, 5th,2010,,believe it or not,,I dont wanna loose my seat,,all banks can offer only Certified loan, but sadly Penn doesn certify th eloan, therefore, th eloan has to be either non certified or personal loan,,as ou know now days no bank offers oersonal loan unless for morgage,,I really need help./advise,, thanks alot

try your home country to get the summer term loan and in the meanwhile talk to school officials and bank people and try to work out..good luck..

Try to ask the other people from your batch or other accepted people.
I know 5 accepted at UPenn, but all are Green Card holders. I am sorry.
I would love to help you with that.
