I'm a non-trad student, finishing up my first quarter of chem. I'm planning to take intro-biology and chem II during the summer, followed by bio I and chem III in the fall (on the quarter system). I know that I will have to take orgo, biochem, micro biology and physics later down the road. However, I can't take any of those classes (except for phyics) without completing chem and bio.

From what I have read on this forum, dental schools want to see a full schedule, but I can't really take physics because it doesn't fit into my time schedule with chem and bio. If I was an undergrad I could probably fill up my schedule with an elective, but I'm not looking to take a class I don't need. Do you think it's OK to take two classes per quarter? It's nearly impossible to find classes that don't overlap since all science courses have labs.

Is calculus required for most DS? I took pre-calc as an undergrad and am debating whether or not to take it again since it would be useful for non-calculus based physics, which leads to another question. Does taking non-calculus based physics put me at a disadvantage? Finally, I finished all my English requirements as an undergrad, but graduated in 2004. Will I have to take them again? (I'm really praying I don't)
