Need help on Medical Error and HIV tests

Hello All,

Where can I get the information for taking the following tests,

Medical Error,
HIV
Domestic Violence

I was told it is a must to take these exams before my Dental Hygienist Clinical test.

when i read the application for the hygiene exam, i found that they only asking for medical error course, i didn't find anything about the AIDS or the Domestic violence.
Is anybody sure if they need them ?
