hello i have a bunch of trench like and jagged scars on the shaft of my penis from falling in some glass I was wondering is there any treatment for removing scars and making the skin smooth again so it looks and feels normal ?

I do not know much about surgery's could plastic surgery do this or do i need something more advanced I really want the skin smooth and normal again the scars are kinda deep and rough and its on my penis so its a terrible feeling please someone help me I need to get his fixed I hope someone mite have some answers thanks everyone for your time.

1. Why were you naked anywhere around glass?
2. Most scar revisions create more scars. Granted, they can be done in a more organized fashion, but you risk more nerve damage. Plus, depending on your, er, anatomy, you might not have any extra skin, which would mean skin grafts. That translates into even less sensation.
3. I think that if you are really serious about this and not just having fun on a medical forum at 5am, get yourself to a urologist, not a plastic surgeon, as they operate on that area more often than do plastic surgeons.

Alcohol + nudity + glass. Individually or any combination of two is generally safe and often a lot of fun. However, I've never been drunk enough to think combining all three was a good idea.
