Hey guys I'm an Optician in Boston. I've worked on the field for 9+ Years and took all my pre-requirement courses 5-6 years back. Never had the chance to apply since I got married an early age and had to sustain a family. Now that we have some money saved up and have the time to study for the OAT I wanted to ask your opinion to see what are my odds of getting into school considering my science GPA was 2.9 overall GPA 3.0 and have no where to get in contact with my old professors for LORs. I can get unlimited amount of LOR from doctors because I've worked with so many of them and still in contact with most of them. Will my career be in help to aid my application? Also, no Bachelors degree only Associates from my Ophthalmic Dispensing.
Thank you guys.
P.S- Can anyone mail me for studying materials for OAT?
