Need help with concentration, how do you do it?

I have had some good responses from my other post so here is the next one. When you have a family and work and studying, how do you concentrate and learn the orgo and other tough classes while you have generalized life disruptions going on????

don't try to use all at once if you're going to use any tips at all.

devotion of a set time to study when you are confident nobody will need you/interrupt me has worked very well in my case. so after kids' bedtime would be an example of a prime time to study/concentrate.
