Need help with DAT score

I re-apply this year and ready to submit application to school. I took DAT last year and got 19 average. Do I submit last year score with my application and then later resubmit
the new score in September. ( I plan to retake the test after Kaplan school).
Does the school wait for the new score before they looks at my application?

I think I have seen someone answer this question before and the answer was send in your previous test scores and then send in the new once you get it.
