Hello everyone,
I was a transfer student from a community college who earned a 4.0 with an associates degree in science and went onto a 4-year and finished my bachelors at the 4-year with a 3.98 . I took intro bio, gen chem 1 and 2, and physics 1 and 2 at the CC. At my four-year, I took upperlevel classes like organic chem, immunology, biochemistry, genetics, etc.
I have not taken my DATs yet, but I am expecting a 19 across the board when I take it later in July. In DAT Bootcamp, I am receiving consistent scores of 19-20s across biology, 19 gen chem (best was like a 21 on 3rd test), and 21+ in organic. I haven't worked on my other sections like math and PAT yet. While I do have 100 hours of shadowing, 900 hours of work experience in retail, and a TA-like position for organic chemistry for one semester, my volunteer hours are horrible. I have only 20 hours. I did join like 4-5 clubs, one being pre-dental.
As a side-note, I marked myself as asian for ethnicity and disadvantaged (first generation, low income, family troubles, etc.) in my application. Considering all of these factors, are these schools appropriate assuming I get a 19 on every section in my DAT? I am a Virginia resident.
