Showed picture of MX denture with crack from ant to post. Wants to know why?

MD (class III) natural with MX denture. Do you Flare MX ant or put Pt in Cross bite?

consulting PUBMED reveals that immersion of acrylic into to NaOCl (bleach) changes the color of the acrylic as well as decreases its flexural strength, however lab defects could also have a part in the breakage of the denture, so the answer would depend on if you thought the denture acrylic looked abnormally colored compared to the normal pink gingiva.
