Need info on Boston hotels.

Does anybody know of any good hotels located within easy walking distance of the t-stops in Boston? I am planning on buying a 3-day subway pass to sight-see and use as my transportation. I can't tell from expedia whether the hotels are within a short walk. My interview is at BU.
