Need input from Young Ophthalmologists!

I am the chairperson - select for the AAO Young Ophthalmology Committee. We are planning to develop educational resources for ophthalmologists 1-5 years in practice. What are your educational needs during these years?

For instance:

• Coding
• Business
• Marketing Help
• Clinical Pearls
• CME
• Courses at the annual meeting addressing your specific needs
• Board certification
• Surgical resources, including "best practices", "surgical manuals", eye videos, etc...

If you have specific needs, then please list them here. I need to determine the current needs of Young Ophthalmologists and provide recommendations for the development of AAO educational resources for you. Please let me know what you think.
