Need more shadowing hours?

I have around 20 hours shadowing in the ER, 20 hours shadowing orthopedic surgery in the OR, and 24 hours shadowing a PCP. If I have around 800 hours scribing orthopedic clinic and 1,500 hours scribing in the ED, do I need more formal shadowing hours due to the overlapping of my ER shadowing and scribing?

As long as you can explain how that exposure to the profession of medicine has continued to cultivate your desire to become a physician, you have enough shadowing hours.
