I am planning to take the DAT on Aug 25 (next Friday). I just finished a second kaplan exam here are my scores:

Section of the DAT Score
Academic Average 18.83
> Survey Of Natural Sciences 16.50
- Biology 15
- General Chemistry 17
- Organic Chemistry 18
> Reading Comprehension 18
> Quantitative Reasoning 22
Perceptual Ability Test 22

Is this an indicator of how I will do? I am happy with the QR.. and I have heard many times that Kaplan isn't anything like the real DAT (the real being much harder), but I'm not happy with the 15 😱 in bio.. and not so happy about the other genchem, orgo and reading scores.. I mean.. I want to get AT LEAST 19 on the real exam...

Should I put the exam off? Are the kaplan test (except for the PAT) similar to the real or harder? Honestly.. I didn't even think that the Kaplan test I just took was even hard.. but I guess I made enough mistakes 🙁

Please, some input would be greatly appreciated... also I was planning on doing 1 full length everyday until Wed. then relax on Thur. Is that pushing it? Or does that make sense? HELP!!! Thanks

you have plenty of time left. Memorize the kaplan blue book bio section, and i think you'll be good to go 👍 . Nice QR score. I think kaplan QR is harder than the real thing. Anyway, goodluck

When you take all those practice tests, make sure to go through the explanations carefully. Kaplan has really nice long explanations and I look at all of them (even for the questions i get right) and I learn lots of new things every time! Good luck!
