Hey everyone!!
I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the following:
I need to take some pre-reqs for vet school, about 30 credits. So, basically the hard core science classes. I enjoy science, and I am much more mature and dedicated to schooling at age 27 than I was when I actually went to school. I don't think the good grades will be a problem.
My undergrad GPA was 3.2. Of what science I have have had it is 3.4.
Anyways, my choice of school would be Kansas State.
I am thinking I really like Manhattan and would like to move there to do my pre-reqs on campus and work part time.
What are my chances if I do the pre-reqs there, & do well in them, of getting accepted in a year or two to the vet program?
Anyone else done this and had good luck??
I just feel like if I am willing to move and prove myself at this age, and do it at that school, that will be looked upon as dedication and I will stand a better chance....
Thanks everyone for your input!!!
