I believe the state of Nj requires pre-medical courses(Chem,Biology, physics) for licensing.
Can that include high school bio/chem/physics? What if someone didn't do undergrad/college and went to an international med school with only high school science courses but still get accepted into a residency? What should one do? Is it still needed? Is it possible to take some courses before getting the license? Can the person still join the residency? Please need some advice

I can't imagine that this is true. What relivance does undergraduate coursework have on licencing. Also, those classes are generally required for medical school anyway so if you went to medical school you probably have taken them. I just applied for my licence in Michigan and all you have to send is a letter from your medical school stating that you graduated.

Contact the state board and see if your med school is on the approved list. If so, there shouldn't be a problem. SDN however, is the wrong place to get this info.
