They will see every MCAT score anyway. And AMCAS recommends that schools average multiple MCAT scores. Some do and some don’t and we really have no,way of knowing, even if you call and ask. Regardless, all of your scores are visible and who knows what biases reviewers have. If you submit now and get verified and then send in your secondaries schools are under no obligation to wait for your new score. If they get to your file they can review it and put it in whatever pile they want. On the other hand , submitting your primary on SEPTEMBER 30 is really late. The only good thing is maybe you won’t have to wait to be verified for long but who knows when you will get secondaries etc. .
Are you aware that many schools are already having interviews? Some schools are already booked through the Fall months. Are you aware that the first round of acceptances go out around October 15?
Of course we don’t know what your other stats are or what your ECs are but waiting until,Sept 30 isn't wise.

Okay got it. I'm already verified with a throwaway on my AMCAS app and I already submitted a secondary to that school. I'll apply to the other schools today then. It's just this whole MCAT retake kind of messed up my schedule

Not so fast -- you didn't say what your first MCAT score was. If it's so bad that it will cause you to be screened out, then it doesn't make sense to apply now. You might be between a rock and a hard place, and might have to skip this cycle since, for whatever reason, you didn't schedule the MCAT until 8/31.

Well if you are already verified that kind of, I’d don’t know changes/complicates etc.. At every school you submit a primary to you will be considered a reapplicant if you have to reapply. And the consensus around SDN is that you should be complete by Labor Day. Think hard before you go sending out more primaries.
Why are you so intent on applying this cycle? Why not wait and apply day 1 next cycle?

Yeah, that's probably too low for MD. You should probably take a gap year as opposed to submitting without the new score or first submitting in October.

Yes there are unfortunately. Schools that are notoriously early like Tulane, are already booked and have interview dates currently starting in January 2020
