Hi - need some help please.
I am a third year resident in internal medicine and I had always wanted to do Med-Peds but missed the cutoff to switch as a first year resident. I am now applying to do pediatrics residency starting july, '06 (right after I finish IM this June). I was wondering if I decide that I don't like Pediatrics and quit after doing 1 yr (I would finish a year and not renew my contract) - would it look bad to any pure internal medicine fellowships (rheum, endo, nephro) I apply to in the future.
