hey everyone now that I've taken my DAT im going to submit my app in the next couple of days..i wonder if anyone has any suggestions on what other schools i should apply to? So far i've got:

BU
NYU
Tufts
Pitt
Temple
Nova

My DAT is a 21/17, my gpa is a 3.02 and my sci gpa is ~2.9

im a resident of GA but i don't think im going to apply to MCG..for one thing i'd much rather go to school out of state and for another i don't want to have to deal with a whole separate application and besides that i don't think my gpa is good enough

well any suggestions and/or changes r welcome! thanks!

I would shoot for any of these schools:

University of the Pacific School of Dentistry
Howard University College of Dentistry
Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry
Indiana University School of Dentistry
Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine
Tufts University School of Dental Medicine
Creighton University School of Dentistry
University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine
Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery
New York University College of Dentistry
University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry
Temple University School of Dentistry
University of Tennessee College of Dentistry

Columbia might accept you, it is worth a try. I think you will get interviewed at the very least. Remember that their average GPA is actually relatively low considering their average DAT is so high. (avg. 3.3 GPA and 21/20 DAT)

This is a good list and most of the ones I would recommend are in here.

That is a good list, but I wouldn't waste my money on Oklahoma and Tennessee=state schools! :luck:
