Hi Swan82,
I'm not an expert and l'm myself looking for answers as well, but if you go to the Texas Board of LPCs and send them an email, they will get back to you.
I have a Masters in Health Psychology and I understood I could take the exams for the LPC-I and take the core classes that I don't separately (So, no second masters). I think you will have to send your transcripts to them so they can evaluate which of your coursework will be reciprocal to the TX requirements.
Easiest, shoot them an email. Good luck.
