Need to contact programs about newly received scores?

It seems like almost every program I applied to has already downloaded my application from eras, and I just received my board scores today, will they continue to re-check my application to check for new scores, or should I send them an e-mail with my scores or urging them to check for updates?

We get updates whenever we contact the ERAS Post Office. You'll be able to track on MyERAS whether programs have downloaded your scores. There is no need to email / contact about this. Give it a week, and you should see that all programs have your scores. If a program doesn't download your scores, then they haven't downloaded anyone's new scores.
