Preferably,try to find out where the ex-Principal is working and send him a copy of your LOR,that way he will remember you and send you an updated one,and ask him to mention he is the ex Principal of your College,try to take lor from those who can attest your capabilities,sometime the school will contact the recommend-er,if so they will be more impressed about your genuineness.
