Needing information re: Wisconsin licensure reqs

Hi there, everyone...

My wife is a newly minted D.O., and she is going to have a free year between the end of her internship and her radiology residency. She is considering working in Wisconsin, but we have no information regarding the licensure reqs there. Can anyone tell me definitively how much postgrad education you must have before you can apply for licensure? I can't locate the information on the Wisconsin licensing website, and I don't want to spring for the 2003 licensure book from the AMA!

I have been trying to locate compensation information, but am unsuccessful. Can anyone tell me what my wife might expect to make at an urgent care facility?

Any data is fine, it does not have to be exact - just a range that I can use to forecast our finances would be nice.
