NEOMED Direct Entry MD

Can a current college of medicine student or alumni tell me why I should choose to go to NEOMED (if I get accepted which I hear is very difficult because only 38 spots are for direct entry and remaining 168 spots for their BS/MD students)? What do you like about the Curriculum? Exams? Community Service opportunities? Quality of clinical rotations? Resources to prep for USMLE? Social life? Etc...It's difficult to find out what the school is really like from simply reading their website.
