Neonatology programs in NYC

Does anyone have any inputs about the programs
and especially about schneider children of NS-LIJ...
and wut do you guys recommend for a PGY1 to do to get into top 10 neonatology program???

I am sorry for being vague but what i meant is to get fellowship in prestigious institute which invariably means( of course not always) higher and more complex case loads, a better training and good job placement.
I am starting my residency in pediatrics this july and am intersted in doing neonatology preferably in north east.
i am looking for advice as to things that should be done to land into a good fellowship spot and what are the good neonatology programs in north east???
any inputs appreciated! thanx
