Hi guys,
I haven't seen much about this school in the forums. I was wondering if anybody has already interviewed with them. I have an interview this Friday and would like to know their style of interviewing. I know bigger schools, Like Midwestern, do group interviews but I'm assuming this will just be a one-one interview seeing that their class size is only 75...any info. would be great. Thanks

hello, you interview with 2 professors, and they ask alot of questions! one of my interviewers seemed like he hated me, he wouldnt look at me, snapped answers to my questions, and seemed to yell at me when i asked a certain question..but the other interviewer was very friendly so i just looked at her the whole time. Are you from out of state?? From what i understand, they accepted about 65 students already, although im assuming some of them will be turning down their acceptance for somewhere else..good luck!

wow that seems kind of intimidating. This is going to my first interview with a pharmacy school and yes, I am out of state from IL. How long did they interview you for? I'm assuming a while since they asked you a lot of questions... I also heard that they only accept 15 out of staters and if it is true that 65/75 students already got accepted, I'm screwed...yikes

My interview was the complete opposite from what itsblue described. One of my profs was quieter than the other, probably only asked one question. But my interview was really relaxed and conversational. Some other people said they got asked a bunch of ethical questions...but I guess its just what you draw/what is in your file to talk about. It is an open file interview.

I was interviewed by a physician and a professor.
They are both very nice.
As you are out of state just like me
They will ask a lot why NEOUCOP Qs

Also it's open file
they know everything about you
Be prepared

i was totally scared when i walked out of the interview because i LOVED the school, so i wanted to cry when i left, but i ended up getting in anyway, so dont fret...and ps, im out of state and know of a few others that were already accepted, so blow em away!

NEOUCOP is a place I am interested in attending. I am a University of Kentucky fan and found out that the dean of NEOUCOP (Dr. David Allen) is on one of the message boards I post on. Awesomely enough, the dean of NEOUCOP and I have been emailing back and forth and he has been giving me advice on different things to look at including different schools, etc..

I can say Dr. David Allen is one hell of a man just from my conversations I have had with him, and this is without meeting with him. I know they already had their open house for prospective students, but had I gone up there he told me let him know and he would schedule to be there on the weekend to meet with me face to face. I think that says a lot about him as a person and the kind of school he is trying to build.

just FYI... im also from IL, actually from U of I as well. I got accepted into NEOUCOP back in jan. i put in my depsoit because it was my first school i got accepted to and i needed security. I recently gave up my seat so i hope u get it! if you have any questions just PM me.

Is anyone still on the waiting list? Last time I contacted the adcom, they said that they would be conducting interviews through the end of May and then finalize the Alternate list around the same time. Now that it is the first week of June, has anyone been pulled off this week? Does anybody know how they rank the alternate list? Any feedback would be great, thanks.
