NERB Application Question

Hello all,

I do not have a social security number (SSN). What do I put in the application where they want SSN or ID.

A quick response will be appreciated.

the Dr. i/c of NERBS @ our school told me to contact them on Tues (cuz they are away form their office since thurs...) & ask them to issue me a #....

way to add more stress to my life by cutting the "mail out" day close...
