So I did a TBR passage, where they had the following graph:

And the question basically asked what is the name of the point in time where the graph does from being hyperpolarized back to the resting membrane potential of -80mV.

I picked depolarized because they labeled #5 are repolarization, but the answer is repolarize. I was wondering why. I know that's what it is called but I didn't want to pick it since they labeled the decrease of membrane potential as the same thing.

Depolarization basically refers to the rapid influx of Na+ ions that causes the charges inside and outside to flip. Repolarization is the entire process of restoring the membrane potential to the resting membrane potential of -80 mV.
