I am not familiar with US salary system. I would like to ask you, friends, how is the tax calculated at the US on a gross yearly salary? For example, for a gross pay 65000$, what will be average bi-weekly salary?

Varies depending on marital status, dependents, state, city, etc.

Not quite, but close. NYC has higher taxes by a few percentage points in the salary range we're talking about.
