Netter 3rd vs 4th edition plate #'s

Anyone have a spreadsheet or something that has a cross reference of the plates from netters 3rd to 4th edition?

I have a 13th edition of Grant's dissector and 4th edition of Netters. The dissector references the plate #'s of Netter's 3rd edition which aren't close to the correct # in the 4th edition. My anatomy course director is Tank (current editor of the dissector) and he said there are some recent printings of the dissector that reference the fourth edition but I haven't found one yet. I sort of volunteered to create a cross reference of the plate #'s from the third to the fourth edition and I'm trying to get out of having to do it.

I typed in "netter plates 3rd edition 4th edition" as my keywords, and the 3rd link (here http://www3.us.elsevierhealth.com/HS/promo/Netter/NetterAtlas_3rd_to_4thEdition.xls ) is exactly what you're looking for, even in the aforementioned Microsoft Excel format!
