Neurology chances after low Step 2

Hey guys unfortunately had some very bad news today with my Step 2 score which was a very low 228. I'm pretty upset because I had a low Step 1 of 221 as well and really saw this as my chance for redemption. Anyone know if I still stand a chance at Academic Neurology?

USMD at mid tier midwest school

Step 1: 221

Step 2: 228

FM: Honors IM: High Pass Surg: High Pass OBGYN: High Pass Psych: High Pass Neuro: High Pass

Neuro SubI: Currently but expecting Honors

ECs: President of Neurology Group, Volunteer with Neurology foundation for 6 years, Gold Humanism Honors Society, and a bunch of other leadership positions. Good mix of ECs here this is what I'm most confident about in my application

Research: 1 Poster Presentation and 1 Publication. Hoping to get 1 more case report before ERAS finishes

So yeah was just wondering if I really stood much of a chance at mid tier academic programs. Thanks in advance for any help guys
