I'll be doing a neurology audition in a few months and was curious what book was best to use? I have the neuroanatomy text recommended by my school and Step Up to Med ... is that good enough?

That should get you started. Without knowing how good your working neurology knowledge is, it is impossible for us to tell you which books are "good enough". Neuroanatomy is good, but without an understanding of diagnosis and treatment, your skill set will be lacking. Consider getting a pocket book and one of the core texts. I always recommend Neurological Differential Diagnosis by Patten. An oldie but goodie, and reinforces neuroanatomy as you go.
