New activity: separate entry or no?

I just started a scribing position and will continue it throughout the year. Should I include this as a separate activity, or should I just include it in "Other clinical activities"?

if you make a separate entry it may serve to illustrate how most of your hours are projected and not yet completed

Would it raise concern if I put it in my "other clinical activities" section? That would make the section go from 105 hours to 1105 hours...

One thing that I did was separate hours worked from projected hours within the same entry.
