Is anyone aware of this new program slated to start on July 1st, 2009?

We've talked about this to various extents on multiple forums. Currently it is postponed and there are new legislations being proposed to correct some of these new "laws" that are out there. Nothing new has been reported from the AMA yet, but when I do hear something I will post it ASAP. Search Economic hardship on the forums and you'll find quite a few threads on this topic. Most of them were started in Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov when this issue came into law and I tried to make students aware of this issue.
