New editions of Case Files and Blueprints for OB/Gyn?

Hey guys-

I start my OB/Gyn rotation in a week and have decided to get Case Files and Blueprints. My only question is that both titles have new editions that have come in the last few months. Is it worth it to spend the extra money on the new editions or should I just stick with the previous editions? Thanks for your help in advance!
