What things should I be worried about in joining a brand new fellowship program? faculty seem young and dynamic.

Accreditation seems like a key issue. If you are hoping to be Board Certified in anABMS member board, you should check and see if you will be eligible for boardcertification based on where the fellowship is in the accreditation process. It may not need to be fully accredited yet,but if being BCed is important to you make sure you can be.
