new format vs old format for NBDE-1

hi everybody,

how is new format different from the old...plz help.i'm preparing keeping the MCQ'S pattern in mind... have heard,the only difference is that the question are mixed from all subjects or something else..
i'm reading decks,kaplan reviews & ASDA released ques..what more one needs to do?
any advice on this...

Hi i dono much i also hav eto give the examin august..but as far as i have heard they have 25% clinical questions added..n marking is harder..if u know anything else please share.
