Does anyone know of new developments in the profession? Recently, I heard that there is going to be a new specialization for ambulatory care which will start in 2011. Pharmacists are also being allowed to interact more with patients. The profession is evolving from just pill counting. We are worried about jobs going away but maybe we should be optimistic that the profession is growing in different directions.
