As a re-applicant, should we include new LORs? Is there anything wrong with submitting letters from the same letter writers (even though they are updated)?

I don't have any new LORs from my new activities (clinical volunteering), but I do have a new one from a non-science professor back from undergrad. I suspect it may not be as strong a letter though.

Should I include that for all schools?

You are fine using the same writers as long as they aren't the same letters. I would email each and let them know of any significant updates to your app that my be pertinent to what they wrote.

I think I saw at least one school recommend one additional letter if you are a reapplicant. I would recommend having at least one from your activities since then.
