New NBDE 1 format in papr exam????

I am interested to take the Nbde1 in paper exam in may , somebody help me, I do not know how can i APPLY FOR PAPER EXAM and how many times a year they hold it and where???

The paper exam doesn't exist anymore. It's all computerized now.
